Halloween Time - One of our favorite times of the year!

Ærowyn is so excited to Halloween this year. She has been pretty busy practicing her Trick-or-Treating and getting into character. This year she is going to be Cinderella. I knew the princess day would come, but I'm still biting my lip about the whole thing. I must say she is a beautiful Cinderella though. She went to a princess birthday party the other day so we dressed her all up.


She is very excited for the trunk-or-treat at the church which is Wednesday. Wrævn is going to be a skeleton (Ærowyn's costume a couple of years ago). We will paint his face all up and I'm sure he will think it's pretty cool.

Last week we went to the Pumpkin Patch with Ærowyn's preschool and the kids had so much fun. We went on a hay ride, a little train ride, looked around at all the cool decorations, and picked a pumpkin to take home (we'll post a picture later...we still need to paint it :)






We had cousin Kat over for dinner and then carved pumpkins. They turned out pretty cute this year. Click HERE to see all of our Halloween pics so far. We will be adding more of course after the big day.


One last thing to share for the day. They have been doing roadwork in our neighborhood so their have been lots of trucks and steamrollers and such. Wrævn has been glued to the window in awe and amazement. It's pretty darn cute. We can say for sure that he is all boy...into dirt, toilets, and trucks!
